About

0then0 is the GitHub account of the developer behind these projects. This page explains how the projects are built and how this catalog describes them.

Principles

  • Local first. The apps work on your computer and do not send usage data. Where a project talks to a service, its page says which one.
  • Evidence over claims. A platform is called verified only when it was run and checked. A successful CI build is described as a build, not as tested support.
  • Visible limits. Unknown sizes stay unknown, unsupported hardware is reported as unsupported, and every product page lists its limitations.
  • Reviewable changes. Tools that write data, such as MarginCarry, show what they will do before doing it and can undo it.
  • Open licenses. Projects are released under Apache-2.0 unless stated otherwise. Forks keep their original licenses and authors.

How downloads are chosen

Download buttons point only to files of the latest stable release on GitHub. Prereleases, drafts, debug builds and unsigned Android packages are never offered as a regular install. When only test builds exist for a platform, the page says so and points to the source instead.

Many builds are not signed with a paid publisher certificate. Each download shows its signing state, and your operating system may ask you to confirm the first launch. Published checksums confirm that a file matches the release; they do not identify who built it.

What is not listed

Course and practice repositories and forks without meaningful changes are left out of the catalog. Forks with their own work are marked as forks and credit their upstream projects.

About this site

The site is a static page set built with Astro and hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts. Release versions are read from a snapshot stored in the site repository, so your browser does not contact the GitHub API when you browse the catalog.

The interface is available in seven languages. Project descriptions on product pages are written in English, the language of the projects and their documentation.
